Nalin Verma said, "I think Lalu holds out hope even if he is not physically present. He started off as a genuine revolutionary and his idea of revolution will continue. He is a ray of hope and will continue to be, in whatever situation it is. One can’t just shackle his idea."
On Lalu Yadav, Misa Bharti said, "My father always had a choice of mending political ties with BJP but he is always ready to sacrifice everything for the welfare of minorities and deprived sections of the society."
Kishor, who became a full-time member of the JD(U) in September last year, took to Twitter admitting that he had met Prasad "many times" before joining the party, but added, "If I were to tell what all was discussed, he (Lalu) would be quite embarrassed".
