Trivandrum /Delhi, Jan 13 (ANI): Condemning the Italian Government's stand that the marine accused of killing Indian fishermen off the Kerala Coast would not return to India, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on Wednesday expressed serious concern over the matter and said that the people must be able to trust the sovereign word of a sovereign government.Reiterating similar views, Congress leader Manish Tewari on Wedneday said that the government should take a note of this issue.
