K J Somaiya College introduces language training to help nurses access career opportunities in Germany

In December 2024, admissions of 50 students from First Year Junior College (FYJC) were cancelled by the Somaiya College after it was found out that they had secured admissions through fraudulent means.

According to the board, these students lost their admissions at their college after it was found that they too secured seats via unfair means in last academic year.

The accused would identify students whose names were not selected in the three merit lists and contact them and their parents, offering guaranteed admission in exchange for a substantial fee. (Express File)
