Modi govt failed to give befitting response to Pakistan: J-K Cong

Jammu and Kashmir Congress president Ravinder Sharma said the Modi-led BJP government had failed to give a befitting response to Pakistan and check its misadventures on the borders. He conveyed his and the Congress' condolences to the families of the deceased.

Alert sounded in Jammu after armed men fire at sentry outside military station

Giving details, a defence ministry spokesperson Lt. Colonel Devender Anand said that sentry noticed a suspicious movement near the boundary wall of the military station around 1.50 am.
