Public expenditure on agriculture in India declined considerably in past decade: Experts

The study conducted by the Bengaluru-based Foundation for Agrarian Studies also found that while the share of the Centre in total expenditure on agriculture went down, there was an increase in the share of expenditure by the state governments.
