IIT-Delhi establishes artificial intelligence chair in name of distinguished alumnus

The Chair has been named after Soumitra Dutta, who is a distinguished alumnus of IIT Delhi. Dutta is best known for being the architect of the Global Innovation Index, which now has become the global standard among innovation indices

IIT-Delhi, AIIMS to jointly set up biomedical research park

"The work on research park is yet to start, but the work on 20 projects is already underway. Both institutes will be using their own funds for research. We didn't apply for special grants from government since we wanted to begin as early as possible," IIT-D dean said
