IIM Mumbai, formerly NITIE, is a management institution established in 1963. It was established by the Government of India with the support of UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) and ILO (International Labour Organisation). Ranked 6th in India's 2025 NIRF Rankings, it has various domains like operations, supply chain, sustainability, and general management courses. For the admissions, candidates are shortlisted for group discussion and personal interviews based on their CAT scores and course specific eligibility criteria. The final selection is based on the composite score, which is calculated through the candidate’s academic records, CAT score, relevant work experience, and performance in the GD and PI process.
