This has been the first instance of a narcotic seizure by BSF on the international border (IB) in Jammu. Last December, BSF along with DRI Jammu had seized three kg heroin along the IB in Chicken Neck area.

Police said that the accused appears to have brought the heroin and fake currency from across the LoC. The narcotics was meant for supply outside the state, they said.
