Haryana to get 500 MW power from other states

Haryana will start getting 500 MW power starting from Saturday from Himachal Pradesh,Jammu and Kashmir,Chhattisgarh,Jharkhand and Delhi under the banking arrangements made by the state in order to supply adequate power to the consumers.
Haryana electricity bills recovery crosses Rs 3682 crore mark

The Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam has recovered Rs. 3682.74 crore from the electricity consumers upto March during the last financial year,which is Rs. 434.20 crore more as compared to the amount recovered during corresponding period of 2010-11.
Forum spares consumer from Rs 1.7 lakh penalty
