Jallikattu order: Pon Radhakrishnan thanks PM Modi

Chennai, Jan 08 (ANI): Minister of State (MoS) Shipping, Road Transport and Highways Pon Radhakrishnan on Friday thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for allowing the Tamil Nadu Government to carry out their traditional bull taming sport ‘Jallikattu’. He also expressed gratitude to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) party chief Amit Shah and Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar for acquiescing with the Tamil community. Delhi Govt. to submit report on pollution: Gopal Rai

New Delhi, Jan 08 (ANI): Delhi transport Minister Gopal Rai on Friday said that the Delhi Government would submit its report on the level of pollution in the national capital to the High Court. He said that the status quo of the report and the Odd-Even formula would be known after the Delhi High Court passes its order. He added that the odd-even scheme had resulted in garnering diverse views from the people and after weighing the pros and cons would the status of the scheme be decided.
