Additional Pune district consumer disputes redressal forum has ordered a Cargo carrier to pay Rs 1 lakh in damages to a consumer for misusing his car that was to be transported to Vizag from Pune. Lt Snehil Sood,the complainant had purchased a Ford Fiesta on September 22,2011 and it was to be transported to Vizag for which a private cargo carrier in Chinchwad was approached.
