RJD supremo Lalu Prasad had earlier got bail in three out of the four cases related to the fodder scam. On Saturday, Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh granted bail to Lalu in the Dumka treasury case, Niraj Ravi, assisting lawyer to the CBI counsel, said.

The former Bihar chief minister was lodged in Birsa Munda Central Jail since December 23, when a special CBI court convicted and sentenced him for a three-and-half-year jail term in a fodder scam case.
