A 47-year-old man was detained by the Tiruvannamalai police on Tuesday morning for selling arrack and remanded in judicial custody in the evening. He died the next day. After the Opposition AIADMK raised the issue in the Assembly on Friday, Chief Minister M K Stalin promised a probe.
