DU 3rd Cut-Off List: The university is taking admissions on 70,000 seats in various colleges of the university. The consolidated list is now available at the university’s website- du.ac.in.

The third-cut off list will be declared on October 16. The chances of admission to top courses like Economics (H), BCom (H), English (H) is slim as many colleges had filled the seats in these courses in first cut-off itself.

According to the data shared by the university, 43,412 students have applied for admissions, while principals have approved applications of 10,593 students. Of them, 3,213 have paid their fees.

The university had received a total of 60,904 applications under the first cut-off list, which was announced on October 1. Eight colleges had pegged their cut-offs at 100 per cent for 10 courses in the first list.

If students took admission to a college in the first cut-off list and qualify for a more preferred college in the second list, they will have to withdraw their admission from the first college and apply to the second.

In the first cut-off list, 60,904 candidates have applied to various colleges. Out of these, 46,054 were from the CBSE board and the rest from all other boards across the country.
