Mohanlal had said at a recent press conference that there was no dissenting voice from any actor when the decision
to take Dileep back into AMMA’s fold was taken at its general body meeting held in Kochi last month.
Mohanlal said since Dileep has stated that he would not return to AMMA until he is exonerated of the charges, technically and legally he (Dileep) is not in the organisation. Once Dileep is cleared off all charges, he can return to AMMA, said Mohanlal.
AMMA president Mohanlal said on Monday that no member of the film body objected to actor Dileep’s reinstatement when the subject was discussed at the general body meeting last month.
