The polygraph/lie detection test of accused Avtar Singh, Inder Sain and Krishan Lal showed deceptions in their statements indicating that Baba Gurmeet Singh, Krishan Lal, Kuldeep Singh and Nirmal Singh hatched a criminal conspiracy to kill Ram Chander Chattarpati, and in furtherance of that, Ram Chander Chattarpati was killed by Kuldeep Singh and Nirmal Singh with the revolver of accused Krishan Lal,” read the CBI chargesheet.
The CBI court’s order came a day after the Supreme Court accepted the plea of two other co-accused in the case, Inder Sen and Kuldip Singh, who had sought re-examination of Narayanan, who had investigated both the murder cases.
The demand was made by AAP MLA HS Phoolka and was seconded by the Leader of Opposition Harpal Cheema during a debate on the Justice Ranjit Singh Commission report on the incidents of sacrilege and police firing.

Claiming his innocence for mimicking the Dera Sacha Sauda chief, Sharda said that he played the character only as an entertainer.
