Lucknow, Feb 18 (ANI): Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday said Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati has done nothing for Dalits in Uttar Pradesh and added that the latter is of the view that their plight would drastically change for the better if the Congress Party joins hands with them.
