RTE has failed to enable the disabled: Study

The 2012-13 study on children with disabilities had revealed that while 99 per cent of these children liked attending regular schools but 57 per cent of teachers were not trained to understand their special needs.

No more screening for school admission

CBSE amends bylaws in line with RTE rules

CBSE has amended rules in its affiliation and examination bylaws,besides the screening process during admission,so they can fall in line with provisions of RTE Act.
