SS Rajamouli's blockbuster film Baahubali 2 recently released in China, and to say that it has been received favourably would be putting it mildly. The film has already collected a sum of 2.43 million dollars on its opening day.
Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and Anushka Shetty starrer Baahubali 2: The Conclusion has emerged as the biggest Indian film ever. Directed by SS Rajamouli, it is also the highest grosser of Bollywood till date.
'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' premiered on television on October 8 and BARC India just released the figures for the number of people who watched the telecast of the film. 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' tops the list with 26,054 and it looks like the audience enjoyed the film on TV as well.
The first look of 'Saaho' starring Prabhas was launched earlier today. The poster has an intense looking Prabhas walking down a road with a mask covering his face. His team from 'Baahubali' has been extremely supportive in praising Prabhas' next venture and they even tweeted about it.
Ayushmann Khurrana recently said about his film Meri Pyaari Bindu, "I received mixed reactions at a personal level like from my family and friends. Some people loved the film and some did not like it at all. But I think somehow Baahubali: The Conclusion ate up the business of the film."
We have completed six months of 2017, and along with the usual hits and flops came a behemoth named Baahubali 2 which changed the way we look at box office. SS Rajamouli's much awaited film Baahubali: The Conclusion made new records, broke all the existing ones and gave all films new goals. Rs 100 crore and Rs 200 crore clubs looked puny when faced with Baahubali 2's business at the box office.
