Senior Congress leader Anand Sharma Tuesday criticised Union minister Arun Jaitley, saying drawing a parallel between Indira Gandhi and Adolf Hitler was an "absurd and outrageous" distortion of history.
“Aaj ki bhasha mein Aurangzeb terrorist hai,” said BJP MP from east Delhi Maheish Girri, minutes after he received the Shivaji Award of Courage for “changing the name of Aurangzeb Road to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Road”.
"When it come to Dara (Shukoh), history has not been told or portrayed, the way it should have been. He stood for the true values of Islam unlike his brother, who was cruel and oppressed people," Maheish Girri told reporters.
