In an interim order passed on Wednesday, the court of Justice Dinesh Mehta said Shourie shall not be arrested in pursuance of the arrest warrant issued by a special CBI court in Jodhpur on September 15.

Former union minister Arun Shourie was hospitalised on December 1 after he fainted and injured his head during his evening walk. While initially Shourie was taken to the Hinjewadi branch of the hospital, he was later shifted to the main hospital.
