NCW will plead acid victim’s case with MoD

The National Commission for Women (NCW) on Friday said it would recommend to the union Ministry of Defence that 24-year old Delhi nursing graduate and acid attack victim Preeti Rathi be allowed to take up her assignment as lieutenant with the Army Medical College in Colaba.
