After grinding out 70-71 on first two days for a creditable T-23rd, Anirban Lahiri had no birdies on the third day and ended with a 4-over 75 that saw him fall to Tied-57th. Yet a solid and low final round could fetch him a finish in 30s.
After consecutive birdies on 10th and 11th, Lahiri gave away shots on 16th and 18th. On his second nine, he birdied second and eighth but bogeyed fourth and seventh to finish the day at even par 71 at Innisbrook.
Anirban Lahiri failed to make the cut after finishing with a poor card of one-over 217 at the PLAYERS Championship. Lahiri's shot 76 in the third round and was tied 74th and exited after the third round.
Keith Mitchell rolled in a 16-footer for a winning birdie, which left Brooks Koepka and Rickie Fowler in tied-second place, despite finishing with birdies. Mitchell ended with a total of nine-under and Koepka and Fowler were at eight-under.
