Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced a weekend curfew in the national capital. Essential services will be allowed to function, and special passes will be given for weddings. Restaurants will be shut for dine in, but home delivery will be allowed. Malls and spas will remain closed. Cinema halls will be allowed to function at 30 per cent capacity. He also informed that as per the latest data, 5,000 beds are available across hospitals in the city.
