India took control of the second Test against England in Visakhapatnam after reducing them to 130 for five at the end of the second day. England were still trailing by 352 runs in the first innings and also need 153 runs to avoid follow-on. Indian spinners made life hell for England batsmen as they lost half of the team for 80 runs. India’s leading spinner R Ashwin was the pick of the bowlers once again as he picked up two wickets for 20 runs. Pacer Mohammed Shami and debutant Jayant Yadav picked up a wicket each to trouble England. Earlier in the day, England bowled out India for 455 in the first innings after Ashwin scored yet another half-century for India. He resumed the day with Virat Kohli, who was unbeaten on 151 overnight.
