A 34-year-old woman was stabbed to death allegedly by an auto driver at Gurgaon’s MG Road Metro station in broad daylight. Her family alleged that the accused, 25-year-old Jitender, had been stalking her for the last few months. Police said the incident took place at around 10 amon Monday, soon after the victim, Pinky Devi, entered the metro station from gate number two to travel to Rohini. According to eyewitnesses, Jitender first assaulted Devi from behind, pushing and hitting her. When she fell to the ground, he allegedly sat on top of her, pulled out a knife, and slit her throat. The incident took place during peak hours and a crowd soon gathered.
