SIMI Activists Who Fled Bhopal Jail Gunned Down

All eight activists of the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) who escaped from Bhopal Central Jail were killed in a gunfight on the outskirts of the city. According to police, the activists were killed in cross-fire about 30 km north of Bhopal, within 10 hours of the jailbreak. The SIMI men had escaped Bhopal Central Jail between 12 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Monday, after scaling the walls of jail and killing a guard. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will probe the jail break.

    Well and good job done by the Police to shoot them at site for the escape done by them and thus retained the prestige of Police Forces and it is good to investigate where went wrong and plug the loops of the escape or someone inside the Jail helped them to escape has to be found by the Investigation Agency !!!
