Rajnath Singh In Kashmir: Separatists Don’t Believe In ‘Insaniyat, Kashmiriyat, Jamuriyat’

Once again former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s famous quote was invoked by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh. Singh on Wednesday welcomed a discussion from all stakeholders on the ongoing violence in the Kashmir Valley.

“I will be staying at the Nehru Guest House (in Srinagar). Those who believe in Kashmiriyat, Insaniyat and Jamhooriyat are welcome,” the minister tweeted.

Rajnath Singh who is on a two-day visit to Srinagar said he will discuss the Kashmir issue with all stakeholders. According to reports, Rajnath is to be accompanied by Union Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi and other senior officials.

“Leaving New Delhi for Srinagar on a two day visit. Shall interact with civil society groups, political parties and other stakeholders,” the minister tweeted.
