Opinion | ICJ’s Verdict On Kulbhushan Jadhav Definitely Not The Final Word

India on Monday demanded immediate suspension of Kulbhushan Jadhav’s death sentence, expressing fears that Pakistan could execute him even before the hearing at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) was over. India’s forceful submission was made as the ICJ began hearing the case of the 46-year-old former Navy officer who was arrested on March 3 last year and sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court on charges of espionage and subversive activities.

The truth is kulbhushan Janhavi was tortured and badly beaten up by some frustrated military rogues. He cannot be produced now and that is why all this nonsense is going on.

First India did the right thing by moving through ICJ which was faulted by the corrupt congress party and changed stance after they came to know about the public mood in favour of the Govt. but it is a moral victory of sorts for the, Secondly we came to know why UPA preferred the Pakstani Lawyer to defend for India against Enron Company and now they are forced to answer the query or else they will prove themselves that they collude with Terror Nation stan !!! Thirdly having failed to send an talented team now the Terror Nation wanted to submit the details and the query that comes to common man who had prevented them NOT to produce such valid do ent to ICJ and why should ICJ must accept now while going for appeal is the query ???

Pr e ss sti tutes are so unhappy with this 'moral victory' of India in ICJ because India government win means Modi governmnet win. They are really unhappy that Kubushan Rathod may live another day and worst may even be free! Look at the commenst below between these two. "we are not civilized countries" "It may not have happy ending" etc. ,, One wonders whose side they are. They are almost suggesting to stan not to bother about ICJ like US did with Mexico, forgetting that they were tried in US court system not military courts and cases were drug smugg . Many were let free by courts after they had re look. Current Modi government has to face entrenched anti-national elements in every sphere of the nation, and the conversation between these two Psts just shows kind of animosity they have against Indian national interests and every one who is a nationalist.
