A major fire broke out at a furniture market in Oshiwara, Mumbai, Friday. No casualty has been reported yet. According to initial reports, 10 fire tenders have reached the spot and more are on the way. There are also unconfirmed reports of multiple cylinder blasts in the area. “Police officers and policeman on spot. Goregaon to Oshiwara traffic diverted to SV road. Traffic towards A-1 Darbar hotel is stopped. We have evacuated the whole area successfully. Fire fighting is on,” the Mumbai Police tweeted. The fire was doused around 4:00 pm.
