A Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) student and AISA activist has gone missing under mysterious circumstances on October 21. According to police, Najeeb Ahmad, pursuing MSc in Biotechnology and resident of room 106 of Mahi/Mandavi hostel, has been missing allegedly since October 20 after an altercation with a few students on the previous night. A case under section 365 (kidnapping with intent secretly and wrongfully to confine person) of IPC has been registered at the Vasant Kunj North police station on the basis of a complaint by his parents, said the police.
