An 18-year-old girl was killed and five other villagers, including two women, were injured on Tuesday morning in mortar shelling by Pakistani Rangers at multiple locations along the International Border in Samba district. Identifying the deceased as Rajinder Kaur from Jerda village in Ramgarh sector, sources said that two other villagers were also injured there. However, their identity was not immediately known. Meanwhile, three civilians including two women were injured in Pakistani mortar shelling at Pindi Charkan in Arnia sector. Identified as Darshna Devi, Chanchlo Devi and Bodh Raj, all in the age group of 40-50 years, have been admitted in Government Medical College Hospital at Jammu.
