The US Customs and Border Protection office reportedly asked a software developer from Lagos, Nigeria travelling into the US to prove he actually was a software engineer. According to reports, 28-year old Celestine Omin, upon landing at JFK airport, was questioned about the short-term visa for his US trip. The officer reportedly asked him after confirming his occupation to take a written test to prove his knowledge as a software engineer.
