Chetan Bhagat in his interview with The Indian Express favoured surgical strikes by India but did not seem to like the word ban in regards to the ‘ban’ on Pakistani artists.
“Bans dont work. But I think its fair for fans to expect that they can criticise terror attacks against Indians, thats different. But I am not a big fan of bans of any kind, whether its beef or artists or maggi,” said Bhagat.
Supporting the surgical strikes against Pakistan, he further added, “I think it was good bold response. I think we have to show that we will not take it line down. I think that was good. What good was not good was the politics after that.”
