Hrithik Roshan: I Have Experienced Depression

Speaking at #EverydayHeroes campaign to spread mental health awareness, Hrithik said, “I have been through my ups and downs. I have experienced depression and confusion. It’s a normal thing and we should be very casual when we speak about it. I have experienced issues in my life. We all go through ups and downs in our lives. The ups and downs are important because we evolve through both of them. When you go through a down it is important to have a clarity of thought. Sometimes your brain takes over and it kinds of feeds you with unwanted thoughts. Feeds you with thoughts which are not aligned with what you want to do in life and that is the time you need an objective point of view or a third person to look at you and tell you that this is what has happened because you lose awareness at that time.”

    I’ve heard that you can manage depression naturally with no medication. EMpowerplus goes right for the source of the problem, and doesn't try to cover them up like most medications. You should look into it! Take a look at their site lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;

    Abhishek bachhan has dyslexia, Deepika padukone has depression, Hrithik has depression. Every day I hear a new celebrity kind of bragging about their mental health issues as a way to glamorize themselves. I am beginning to think that many of these celebrities are just making up stuff to promote themselves as people who did so great despite such great adversity. lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt; The problem with that is there are many people who actually suffer from these conditions. A s like these using conditions like that for glamour, undermines the struggles of people who actually suffer from such conditions. lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;Just imagine Donald Trump claiming that he was born to a poor family and achieved all this with no external help. Wouldn't you say that such a lie would be an insult to poor people who actually fight their way out of poverty? lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;Again I am not saying all of them are lying. But so many of them in the glamour industry, having a condition that glamorizes them even more, kinda sounds a little fishy.
