Kejriwal said the CBI continues to “shield culprits” such as Congress leader Jagdish Tytler, “who is alleged to be one of the masterminds of the massacre”.
Arms dealer Verma had said that Tytler, who was given a clean chit in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case, influenced a witness and made hawala transactions.
The CBI had earlier told the court that no fresh FIR has been lodged against Jagdish Tytler on allegations of influencing witness and money laundering.

The protesters also burned an effigy of Jagdish Tytler. Heavy police deployment was enforced at the spot and barricades were put in place.
