Norway voted best country to live in 12th year in a row by UN

Norway has been adjudged the best country to live in again this year by the United Nations, that released the Human Development Index (HDI) report for 2015. The HDI ranks countries on three main parameters — life expectancy, education and income/standard of living. Norway scored the highest across all parameters. So, what is Norway doing differently?
