Star mixologist Shatbhi Basu shows you how to whip up tasty, nutritious drinks just right for this scorching weather. The key to a great cocktail is ice, says Basu, so never skimp on ice.
45ml – Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka
60ml – Watermelon juice (sweetened)
100ml – Cocofly packaged/fresh coconut water
10ml – Sugar syrup
10ml – Monin coconut syrup
A Wedge of lime
Garnish: mint sprig and watermelon slice
* Pour in the watermelon juice in tall glass and then fill it ice.
* Fill shaker with ice.
* Add vodka, coconut water, coconut syrup and sugar syrup.
* Squeeze in a wedge of lime.
* Strain it on the ice gently to get two layers.
