Except for On line birth, everything is built online, vow! on line dating, online amriage, online miscarriage, and on line verdict. How does real time experience count for an online course what Coursera offers? For arugument sake,we can look at two things, in the university, the VC is responsible for exams, and the results. For an online university, which guarantees certificate once the payment is made why do you need a VC? If one has 1000 Dollars, they are guarnteed to get 15 Certificates in less than 3 months.
