Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Tuesday said the world needs to take stock of the plight of Kashmiri people and vowed to support their “indigenous freedom struggle”.

Sharif’s remarks came as he met Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan, the outgoing president of Pakistani-occupied Kashmir (PoK). The Prime Minister reiterated his government’s firm resolve to extend its fullest moral, diplomatic and political support to the indigenous freedom struggle of Kashmiri people.

“The world needs to take stock of the latest brutalities against unarmed innocent Kashmiri people who are heavily sacrificing for attainment of their inalienable right to freedom,” he said on the occasion.

Sharif also appreciated the outgoing president for amicably conducting state’s affairs during his term in office. The continuity of electoral process has amply strengthened the “democratic system” in PoK, said the Prime Minister. Sharif’s Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz won last month’s parliamentary elections in PoK.

Sharif already appointed Raja Farooq Haider as prime minister of Kashmir and Masood Khan as president. Both are from PoK. While Haider is a seasoned politician, Khan is a career diplomat who served in key positions including Foreign Office spokesperson, ambassador to China and Permanent Representative at the UN.

Nawaz Sharif, stani PM is really Honest(sharif ) and wants to keep good relation with India including peace loving people of stan but stani Army/ISI and some Terrorist Groups are not interested to maintain a good relation with India. All them forcing him to take tough stand against India over Kashmir Issue. The way stan has been isolated by all countries after killing of Osama Bin Laden by USA Navy in stan , one afraid it will be again divided in three Parts like Bangladesh in 1971.However Modi Govt wants one stan and Progressive/Developed stan.

This is the same man who was sending gifts to PM Modi to bribe and hoping PM will not take any hard line on Pak. Cunning and hypocrite Sharif after Panama exposure has changed like a fox. Sharif you can cry and carry on atrocities in POK and Balochistan and hoping the world will ignore it and concentrate on JandK. Your dream of getting JandK will never be fulfilled. You are happy sitting in your A/C home but you have no shame sending brainwashed kids to get killed. Sharif you will pay very heavy price by continuing to train, finance and send terrorists across.

Modi must now step up aid to POK /Balouchi and Sindhi seperatists. All 3 movements gather momentum then that will overwhelm stan and they will end up loosing all three states
