China on Monday said it is ready to wait some more time for India to shed its “misgivings” and join the Belt and Road Initiative, a pet project of Chinese President Xi Jinping. Beijing also emphasised that integration of the $50 billion China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), over which India has raised objections as it passes through PoK, with the Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar (BCIM) economic corridor will synergise its mega Belt and Road Initiative.

“I have to point out that some persons in India have misgivings and doubts about the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI),” Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang told media here.

“They are still watching it and quivering about this initiative. We can wait a little bit more time for the Indian side. The BRI is an important opportunity. The facts have proven that one will benefit more if one can participate in this initiative as early as possible,” he said.

India skipped China’s high-profile Belt and Road Forum in May due to its sovereignty concerns over the CPEC, which passes through PoK. Geng said the CPEC and the BCIM are both important cooperation projects under the framework of the BRI.

“If they can be jointly advanced and integrated to form a synergy with other projects of the BRI they will be able to bring more benefits and welfare to the local people,” he said.

Geng was responding to a question on the recent document called ‘Vision for Maritime Cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative’ released by the Chinese government which has proposed to connect CPEC and BCIM corridors.

The document released recently said “In line with the priorities of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, China will deepen ocean cooperation by fostering closer ties with countries along the Road, supported by the coastal economic belt in China. Ocean cooperation will focus on building the China-Indian Ocean-Africa- Mediterranean Sea Blue Economic Passage, by linking the China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor, running westward from the South China Sea to the Indian Ocean, and connecting the CPEC and BCIM.”

Reiterating the stand that the CPEC is an economic initiative and it has nothing to do with the Kashmir issue, Geng said it is not targeted at any third party. The Belt and Road initiative includes a maze of roads and port projects.

While the CPEC is highlighted as “flagship project”, the B&R includes the Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar (BCIM) Economic Corridor, New Eurasian Land Bridge, China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor and 21st century Maritime Silk Road.

India should not in any way join this BRi group. It mainly consists two biggest enemies and BLOOD BROTHER'S of India, China and Pak. China could be having a hidden plan in this too, hence is going to wait much longer trying to trap India. Only if China allows India to join the NSG , should India think of this. Nothing else. Let's see how our no good politicians and planners act.

China iss known for its expansionism and so even this CPEC is only a sham to pretend to the world as if linking with Gwadar port only for trade promotion. When China has so many of its major seaports at its own country's sea coasts, what is the need of a port for China at Gwadar in Pakistan? Simple! It is doing so only to gain strategic advantage militarily over India and Pakistan.has deliberately contrived this plot against India! Pakistan ultimately wants its naval base and submarines proximity in the maritime proximity closer to India and in the Indian ocean. China has its term plans and it is slyly working towards achieving its ultimate goal of domineering all the Asian countries and bring them all under its ambitious programme of expansionism! Pakistan is floating over its CPEC as a checkmate to India, but it is soon going to become a victim of its own political intrigue against India in the near future. Pakistan will soon become China's annexe. Pakistan will regret it!

China is jittery as it knows without India CPEC is a deadwood. Pakistan is one of the most unsafe countries in the world, as on date it is more unsafe than Somalia and Afghanistan. China does not support India and is in league with Pakistan on terrorists though the same thugs attack China in Xinjiang province. China shall leave Tibet and Xinjiang provinces and also vacate South China sea.

Long live India-china friendship. China is nature-deputed neighbour of INDIA. In 1993 India-china border agreement is signed which has solved many problems permanently. Both Arunachal Pradesh and aksai chin are under subjective par ion between India and china. Regarding aksai chin, subjective par ion signifies that India will claim but china will rule. Regarding Arunachal Pradesh subjective par ion means china will claim and India rule. So, Arunachal Pradesh is an integral part of India as far as governance is concerned. However the agreement allows china to claim arunachal, which India is not bound to accept as per the same agreement. So both arunachal and aksai chin problems are solved by conversion of dispute into non-antagonistic contradiction. Tibet was and is province of china. British made an illegal agreement with TIBET by-passing central govt of china. So, agreement with a province of a country created Tibet question, which is fully solved after British left India
