Local militiamen in the southern Yemeni city of Aden said they captured two Iranian military officers advising Houthi rebels during fighting on Saturday.

Tehran has strongly denied providing any military support for the fighters, whose advances have drawn Saudi-led air strikes.

If confirmed, the presence of the two Iranian officers whom the local militiamen said were from the Revolutionary Guards would deepen tensions between Tehran and Riyadh, who are vying for influence in the Middle East.

The Pot cannot call the Kettle black. Initially, US was involved by the way of missile attacks through their Predators. Now the US pals, led by Saudi Arabia, are actively involved through the use of their air forces and navy. So, they are not enled to make noise about Iran providing military advisers.
