Teachers come up with great way of teaching these days like pictorial lessons and storytelling, but a remake of Justin Bieber’s song to emphasise the importance of a subject would probably be a first.

Business professor Clint Tuttle at University of Texas Austin sung an ‘Excel-lent’ version of Justin Bieber’s ‘Love Yourself’, in which he spun around the lyrics to teach them how important it is to learn Excel. He sings:

“Cause if you want to get the skills you need
Oh, baby, you should go and learn Excel
And if you think I lie, just ask your boss
They’ll tell ya ‘you should go and learn Excel”

The video posted at the University’s official Facebook page has gone viral with over eight million views and over 9,000 shares.

This is not the first time he is has taken to singing as a medium for teaching. Every year he writes and sings a tune for the final lecture. Last year, he sang to the tune of ‘Uptown Funk’.
