In India, the idea of dating and getting married is worlds apart from the West. You may have found the perfect match, fallen in love and even decided to get married, but you still need to seek approval from your parents. And, that is an uphill task! Adding dollops of humour to the tricky situation, comedian Angad Singh Ranyal presented his take, and it is quite relatable to youngsters.
Rayal feels that things are tougher for men when the wedding bells start ringing. Even after working really hard on proposing the girl and convincing her to date them, Ranyal says men need to come up with a “creative idea” to propose them for marriage, again! The comedian hilariously summed up the situation with amusing instances from his life. He recollected how, after several failed attempts, when he decided to decorate the room with candles and surprise his present wife, she was struck in traffic and by the time she arrived, there were only four candles burning.
