Like kids, even ‘furbabies’ can often embarrass their parents – not necessarily by throwing tantrums but in other awkward ways. Like how Nemo, the French President’s dog, embarrassed him by relieving himself in front of guests and a TV crew!

Yes, President Emmanuel Macron was busy in a meeting with members of his government along with the press. However, out of the blue, the meeting was interrupted when Macron’s dog Nemo casually started peeing on the ornate fireplace at the Élysée Palace. The act was caught on camera by French TV station TF1, which was recording the discussion.

“I wondered what that noise was,” said the junior minister Brune Poirson, as they all burst out laughing on realising what had transpired. Another minister, Julien Denormandie, asked if this is something that “happens often.”

“You’ve triggered completely unusual behaviour in my dog,” a laughing and seemingly embarrassed Macron replied, according to a BBC report.

The footage has been shared widely on the Internet and on Twitter people can’t stop laughing and cracking jokes.
