Speaking in the Lok Sabha on Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hit back at the Congress using quotes made by its own leaders in the past.
Replying to the Motion of Thanks to the President’s address, PM Modi also took a dig at Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi’s speech on Wednesday and accused the Opposition of not letting the Parliament function.
The reactions to Modi’s speech were mixed as few Twitter users found it powerful and few as ”talking so much, saying nothing”. Some were also disappointed that Modi ignored important subjects such as JNU row and Rohith Vemula suicide.
Rahul Gandhi lucky to hav one of India’s finest orators evr as his enemy. Not everybody gets live tutorials of this quality. #NaMoInSansad

And amid all the opinions, this one said it.
Pls start another chain. Bolti bandh, kaam chalu karo. Enough of speeches. Nothing is changing at the ground level. #NaMoInSansad
