Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal released the exemption list for the much controversial odd-even formula on December 24, which states that women drivers, women drivers with children less than 12 years of age, CNG vehicles with proof, a long of list of VIPs, among others will be exempted from the odd-even rule coming into effect from January 1, 2016.
