When your partner finally pops the question and you say yes, excitement knows no bounds and you want the world to know but when Mzznaki Tetteh, a nurse from Ghana, shared her pre-wedding photos on Instagram, many reportedly left mean comments for her to see including “HE must have a BIG heart” and “RIP that man’s spine”. But the world came out in her support and she hit back at the trollers sharing more adorable pictures with positive messages.

“Still confident…your rubbish comments ain’t ruining my happiness…thanks to all for the compliments and best wishes…am honoured,” she writes on one of her posts.

After the pictures went viral on social media, Mzznaki fiance Kojo Amoah told Ghana Web that he is proud of her and could not have made a better choice. “To me, I have always been a fan of plus size women and I am so proud of my woman and I don’t care about what anybody says out there,” he was quoted as saying.

Mzznaki, who has become a social media sensation with over 42,000 Instagram followers, has her wedding scheduled for June 25 and told BBC trending that she is trying to lose weight but not to please anyone, just for health reasons.

“Some years ago in Ghana a woman who was plump was considered beautiful. But times have changed with the internet and influence of foreign films.Slim or slender ladies are seen as more beautiful and gradually plus-size women and even men are body shamed. These current development puts a lot of stress on plump ladies like myself. It eats away your self confidence,” she was quoted as saying.

Nevertheless, thousands of people on the Internet have given a boost to her confidence calling her beautiful, as she is, and wishing her a happy married life.

I'd like to add 1 thing. If you don't want to spend a lot of time working out then just do a 7 minute cardio session as soon as you wake up, this can be a great metabolism boost to revitalize you and freshen you up for the day.lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;For example you can do a 20 second sprint then 20 second jog, alternate that for 7 minutes. Heck, you don't have anywhere to run? Just do it on the spot, anything to get the body moving and the heart pumping!lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;Be careful in which guides you follow. There are TONS of fad diets and lies. Here's a great weight loss program I used to lose weight and permanently keep it off:
