Simmtronics launches XPAD tab at Rs 5,999

Simmtronics Semiconductors on Friday launched its calling tablet XPAD X-722 in India at the price of Rs 5,999.

The tablet runs on Android 4.0 ICS and is powered by Cortex A8 1.0 GHz and 400 2D/3D processor. It has a 7-inch display screen

The XPAD X-722,which is made locally in India,is equipped with 0.3 MP secondary camera and 2 MP primary camera. The tablet comes with an internal memory of 4 GB and is expandable up to 32 GB. The device is powered by a 3,500mAh Lithium polymer battery.

The key features of XPAD X-722 are:

* 7-inch Screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and Capacitive Multi-Touch

* 2G Calling (GSM/GPRS),Wi-Fi,3G USB Dongle

* 2MP rear camera with 0.3MP front camera
