OnePlus opens exclusive service centre in Bangalore

“We are thrilled to launch our first Exclusive Service Centre in Bangalore,” says OnePlus General Manager.

With just weeks left for the expected launch of its next flagship, OnePlus has announced the launch of its Exclusive Service Center (“ESC”) in Bangalore. The Bangalore ESC is the first of six such service centers that are scheduled to be launched by the end of next month. The other cities where ESCs will open include New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.

OnePlus is promising to resolve customer issues within a ‘guaranteed 1-hour turnaround time’ with ESCs. users in remote locations can also avail the company’s complimentary pickup-drop service.
